Do you need to change the settings on your recurring donation? If so, you need to log in to your profile. This can be a bit confusing since we have two ways to set up a recurring donation: 1) through the Network for Good website or 2) through a nonprofit website that has set-up a custom donation page. Please follow the instructions below to find the appropriate log in site. If you need help, don't hesitate to contact us!

If you set up a recuring donation through a nonprofit website (like the one below), you need to return to that website and click on email settings (in upper right corner) to log in.
When you click on email settings, you will be redirected you to a page that looks like this so you can log in and update your settings:
