Network for Good has several databases and versions of our services that we are in the process of consolidating.  We know this can sometimes cause confusion regarding where to go for account updates, reports and managing services.  Please refer to the information below to help you get logged in to the proper place.  

Custom DonateNow

• If you have Custom DonateNow through Network for Good, your username is your primary contact's email address and password. If you have forgotten your Network for Good password, enter the primary contact's email address here to have a temporary password sent to that address.

• If you have Custom DonateNow through Groundspring, your username is a login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password for your Groundspring account, click here.

HINT - If you aren't sure which version of Custom DonateNow you have, your DonateNow page will either say Networkforgood.org or Groundspring.org in your browser window. 

EmailNow

• If you have EmailNow powered by Groundspring , or need to access billing & account information for either version of EmailNow, login here.  If you have forgotten your password for your Groundspring account, click here.

• To manage your Email Campaigns & Surveys on EmailNow powered by Emma login here.  If you have forgotten your password for your EmailNow powered by Emma account, click here.
