Typhoon Ketsana Floods Philippines & Vietnam

A fierce tropical storm struck the Philippines on September 26, 2009, before moving on to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia & Laos. The Typhoon left at least 400 dead and hundreds of thousands of civilians in need of emergency assistance. Cash is critical and will allow nonprofit organizations to purchase what is needed for victims and stockpile food, water, medicine, fuel and other relief supplies as another storm - Typhoon Parma - gathers force in the wake of Ketsana.
