Combatting the "Field of Dreams" Syndrome
Just because you build it does not mean your supporters will definitely come; simply having a donate button does not equate to high dollars, nor does having an e-newsletter guarantee engagement. Instead, we all have to hone our online fundraising and marketing skills to build relationships and get to know our supporters (and potential donors!).
