3 stars. Although I've contributed several times to this charity I think the executive pay is excessive, especially when you consider they have an $8 million deficit. They spend way too much on fund-raising as I can attest because I receive a solicitation every other day.

Homeless veterans, men, women, and children have shown that they can take a hand up, instead of a handout, and get their lives back in order.
