Chief Executive Officer
Bill Strathmann is Network for Good's CEO and is a member of its Board of Directors. He is a social entrepreneur, who throughout his career has traversed sectors, bringing good business practices to corporations and nonprofits alike. Bill came to Network for Good from BearingPoint, where he provided strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions consulting to corporations and nonprofit organizations across the nation. With Andersen Business Consulting, he built and led a consulting practice serving large nonprofits including the Nature Conservancy, National Geographic Society, National Association of Home Builders and the United Way. Throughout his career, Bill has been an influential speaker on the topics of philanthropy, the role of technology in fundraising, corporate social responsibility, strategic planning, performance management and mergers and acquisitions. Bill is a co-author featured in the book, People to People Fundraising - Social Networking and Web 2.0 for Charities. He has a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Haverford College and a master's degree in business administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Bill is a current board member and the former Chairman of The Social Enterprise Alliance and has served on multiple other nonprofit boards and advisory committees.
Chief Financial Officer, Network for Good.org
Bob Deily manages and coordinates Network for Good's financial and accounting activities. Prior to joining Network for Good, Bob was the founder and owner of MBAWare, an online retailer of business software for CPAs, CFOs and other financial professionals. He was the CFO and EVP of Finance and MIS for the North American subsidiary of Swisscom and was a financial management consultant at CGI-AMS for clients like AT&T and Verizon. Bob has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Brian came to Network for Good when the company acquired GiveCorps, where he served as CFO. Prior to GiveCorps, Brian was the CFO of Global Credit for PayPal and a member of the founding team of BillMeLater. Brian serves on the MassMOCA Technical Advisory Board. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master's degree in business administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Steve Turner is responsible for the development and operation of the technology that powers Network for Good. Steve comes to Network For Good from washingtonpost.com, where he was VP Technology and CTO. Steve brings more than 20 years of experience leading large global development projects at BrassRing, Curl Corporation, Authoria, Primavera Systems and Lotus Development. Steve holds a B.S. degree in applied chemistry from Nottingham, England, and a master's degree in high tech business administration from Northeastern University in Boston.

Dan leads the organization’s nonprofit sales and corporate partnership teams. Dan has extensive experience leading sales, fundraising and partnership efforts for a wide variety of both, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including KaBOOM!, the Washington Redskins, the Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals. A graduate of George Washington University and The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Dan also founded and ran a venture-backed social network for pet lovers called AnimalAttraction.com and serves on the Board of The Petfinder.com Foundation.

Susan Kearney is Chief Operating Officer at Network for Good where she helps thousands of small and medium nonprofits raise more funds online to fuel their good causes. She is a serial entrepreneur who has built successful businesses in the software, Internet, and digital content industries that were acquired by companies like Oracle and Siebel Systems. Susan is a graduate of the University of Virginia where she earned a B.A. in Russian Studies and Economics. She earned an MBA in Strategic Management from Pace University, and holds Graduate Certificates in Organization Development and Change Management, and also in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Georgetown University. Susan is an elected member and Chair of the Falls Church City School Board and also serves on the boards of Northern Virginia Community College and the Women in Technology Education Foundation
Chief Giving Officer
Jamie McDonald is the Chief Giving Officer of Network for Good. She joined Network for Good after the acquisition of GiveCorps, which she founded and launched in 2011. GiveCorps is an online software platform connecting nonprofits to digital givers. Jamie's mission is to spur people to give, act and innovate on behalf of communities and causes. She writes and speaks about online engagement, next generation philanthropy, and the rise of the millennial generation as a force for change. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jamie was a Managing Director at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, where she enjoyed a 16-year career. She lives in Baltimore with her husband and 3 children.
Senior Manager of Operations
Dave manages the Customer Solutions and Operations Teams at Network for Good, ensuring positive experiences for customers. A 2005 graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Architecture, Dave has spent the last several years caring for customers in the homebuilding, management consulting, and insurance industries. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, live music, working with computers, and making people laugh. A lifelong hockey fan, he can often be found at the Verizon Center cheering for his beloved Washington Capitals.
Senior Donation Support Specialist
Deneka is responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing including—but not limited to—check reissues, donation refunds and Electronic Funds Transfers. Before joining the Network for Good family, Deneka worked as a Client Service Help Desk Analyst for Ruesch International/Travelex, a company that offers international payment products specializing in foreign currency. Deneka has worked in Operations for other financial firms such as Smith Barney and H. Beck/Capital Financial Group. Deneka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. In Deneka’s downtime away from the office she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

As part of the solutions team, Emily provides assistance to all nonprofits and donors alike using Network for Good’s services. Hailing from Georgia, she graduated in 2011 from Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Emily migrated to DC in pursuit of applying her business background to support the social sector. When she’s not helping others, she enjoys spending time outside with her beloved dog and exploring what the north has to offer. She loves reading autobiographies and rarely lets a day go by without having a Wild Cherry Capri-Sun, her secret indulgence.

Monique provides support to nonprofit organizations and individual donors that are cause driven. She is a 2009 graduate of Virginia Tech with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication. Monique has spent the last few years in the financial services industry and enjoys interacting with new people every day. As a native New Yorker, Monique is a huge Yankees and Giants fan. A few of her passions include animals, Star Wars, cooking, and making others happy.

As part of the operations team, Susan helps to ensure that the donation and grant disbursement process goes as smoothly as possible for donors and nonprofits supported by Network for Good. Susan has worked previously in global philanthropy, nonprofit journalism, and also as a congressional staffer on Capitol Hill. Her early career was spent in the field of design and architecture, managing projects for both public and private sector clients. She holds a master’s degree in social/public policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in design from Michigan State University. An avid world traveler, Susan loves to discover new places and cultures, and she also enjoys film, live concerts, great food and lots of chocolate.

Laura manages Network for Good's Customer Success team, ensuring that nonprofit clients leverage the full power of Network for Good’s services and expert guidance to meet their goals. Prior to joining Network for Good, Laura worked for Infobase Publishing in a library sales role where she helped educate librarians about eBooks and how to effectively integrate online resources into schools and public libraries. Laura holds a B.A. in English and French from James Madison University. In her free time, Laura loves traveling, cooking, softball, and cheering for the Washington Redskins!

Alex is dedicated to helping nonprofits raise funds and communicate with donors online. She graduated with a Marketing degree from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park in May of 2012. Alex grew up outside of Boston, MA and is an avid sports fan, with her favorite teams being the New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics. She enjoys making smoothies, shopping for shoes, and nice long jogs outside.

Annika works to help our newest nonprofit customers get up and running with their services to be successful, long term fundraisers. As part of the Customer Success Team she loves to see nonprofits of all kinds become fundraising superstars for their individual missions. She comes to Network for Good from American University where she graduated in 2010 with a double major in International Studies and Political Science. Before joining the Network for Good team, Annika worked and volunteered with many nonprofits in her home town in Upstate New York. When not having fun at the NFG office Annika likes to try out new hobbies, pretend to be crafty, and watch her beloved New York Yankees play ball.
Customer Experience Manager
Charles joined Network for Good as Senior Sales Associate. He has extensive experience providing Technical Education Counseling services to the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Through working with Clarity Technologies and later with CIBER Inc, Charles guided and assisted individual, nonprofit, university, and corporate clients, in effectively meeting their technical training needs. In addition, while at CIBER Inc., Charles worked closely with clients in meeting short and long term technical staffing requirements. His clients included the University of California San Francisco, Williams-Sonoma, Kaiser Permanente, and Skidmore Owings and Merrill. In his spare time, Charles has worked with his local neighborhood association on projects such as park beautification. He enjoys reading science fiction and hiking.

Caryn leads Network for Good's marketing team and manages the creation, production and distribution of Network for Good’s wealth of content to help nonprofits better connect with donors and raise more money online. A graduate of Purdue University, Caryn has over a decade of digital media experience, focusing on user engagement, audience development, and custom advertising solutions for content marketing initiatives. Prior to joining the Network for Good team, she lead the online community at iVillage.com. When she’s not making the editorial magic happen, Caryn spends her time perfecting karaoke routines, making delicious jams and jellies, and crusading for wildlife – one frog at a time.

Eileen is leveraging 20+ years of ecommerce and online marketing experience, working closely with our partners to develop fundraising strategies which drive engagement and action with donors. Eileen comes to Network for Good from GiveCorps and helped drive the adoption and growth of the Bill Me Later payment platform prior to joining GiveCorps. Bill Me Later, a Baltimore area start up, was acquired by PayPal for $1B in 2008. In 2011, Eileen was tapped by the eBay (PayPal parent company) corporate M&A team to lead the development of business synergies for the GSI Commerce, Inc. acquisition. In this role, she was responsible for growing business results for retail partners through the adoption of relevant PayPal and eBay products and services. Eileen also spent several years with American Express, working with the nation's largest nonprofits, including United Way, American Red Cross, and Share our Strength developing programs to drive incremental donations and donor engagement. Eileen is a long time blood and platelets donor for the American Red Cross, and also volunteers with a regional animal rescue transport, shuttling shelter dogs along the East Coast (from kill shelters to approved rescues, where they will find forever homes).

Heather came to Network for Good when the company acquired GiveCorps. Prior to GiveCorps, Heather was the Director of New Member Programs for PayPal. Heather brings 20+ years of online marketing and public relations experience to Network for Good where she helps fundraisers understand how our innovative solutions can help raise more money and inspire passionate communities of donors. She enjoys giving back by mentoring young emerging leaders. In her spare time, she is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan, Star Wars toy collector, and tropical beach enthusiast. She has a bachelor's degree in communications arts from Salisbury State University and a master's degree in communication studies from Emerson College.
Helene works with new clients to develop online fundraising strateies that engage Millennial donors. Helene brings a wealth of nonprofit and higher ed experience from her work with GiveCorps, and previously she worked in the Office of Development at Syracuse University, where she was charged with creating a culture of philanthropy among students and young alumni. Helene received her BA in Public Affairs from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Helene is passionate about helping organizations do what they do even better by creating tools to engage and empower their donors, volunteers, and community members. She is active in her community, serving on the Board of Governors of Hillel at Syracuse University among other volunteer activities.

Liz plans and executes outbound and inbound marketing campaigns and serves as a content writer for Fundraising123.org and the Nonprofit Marketing Blog. Before joining Network for Good, Liz worked in communications serving organizations in the arts, advocacy, and association spaces in Seattle and DC. An Oklahoma native and graduate of Oklahoma City University with a degree in Mass Communications, Liz enjoys bragging about her home state, serving as an advisor to her sorority’s collegiate chapters, riding her bike, Instagramming pictures of her cat, and listening to NPR.

Mark joined Network for Good in April 2014 and is responsible for driving the Non-Profit division’s sales growth. Mark comes to NFG with over 10 years of SaaS sales and sales management experience with companies like Vocus and Infosoft Group. A native of Florida, Mark is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BSBA majoring in Decision Information Sciences. Mark lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two children. On the weekends, Mark spends his time enjoying life in DC with his family, golfing or cheering on the Gators.

He is a big college football fan and supports Penn State and The Big Ten. Kevin is native to Allentown, PA and enjoys movies, going out to the great restaurants in DC, and spending time with his family and friends.

He has a specific passion for causes related to disease research, healthcare delivery, access to education, and environmental sustainability. Kyle received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Certification in Nonprofit Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. A native of the Greater Washington Area, he supports his local DC teams – the Redskins, Capitals, and Nationals.

Lisa is a member of the dynamic Sales team providing nonprofits with essential donation and email tools for fundraising success. She relocated from her hometown of Chicago where she worked in sales for a commercial real estate company, to the DC area where she broadened her resume to online marketing. Lisa made the switch to the nonprofit sector to fulfill her true passion of doing good. Lisa is excited to be working with Network for Good to further its mission of unleashing generosity for all its nonprofits. Lisa holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University. She enjoys vegetarian food, movies, animals (most especially her dog, Harry), and spending any free time with family and friends.

Stacie Mann Kronthal

Stacie leads Network for Good's partnership efforts, including the marketing and promotion of our engagement solutions for good. Network for Good serves corporations by enabling charitable giving, rewarding customers with charity gift cards, incorporating philanthropy into their social media strategy and gaining consumer and employee insights through charitable initiatives. Partnerships include AOL, The Capital One No Hassle Giving Site, Causes.com, Charity Navigator, Crowdrise, Yahoo, YourCause, among others. She consults with corporations on charity campaigns and disaster giving response and has trained nonprofits on how to effectively market their causes online as well as ways to use person-to-person fundraising. She is also responsible for the donor and partner portions of our own website www.networkforgood.org and the website Six Degrees, which launched in January of 2007 with actor and musician Kevin Bacon and brings a social conscience to social networking. Before joining Network for Good, she worked in the Interactive Marketing division of America Online managing their strategic e-commerce partners. Stacie holds a bachelor's degree in French and Marketing from Duke University.

As Network for Good's Vice President of Organizational Development, Amanda is responsible for ensuring Network for Good is hiring, training and retaining a stellar team of individuals focused on unleashing generosity on a massive scale. Amanda joined Network for Good in 2004 and also assists the CEO with special projects and activities related to the Board of Directors. Formerly with BearingPoint, Amanda was a consultant in the Nonprofit Sector where she participated in a variety of consulting engagements including Change Management, Merger Integration and Business Process Redesign. Prior to BearingPoint, Amanda was with Andersen Business Consulting where she served clients through Program Management, Strategic Development and Merger Integration projects. Amanda holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Richmond and is currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work at the Catholic University of America.

Michelle contributes to Network for Good’s high-performing culture and helps maintain its incredible entrepreneurial spirit. Previously she worked with Carney, Inc. heading up talent acquisition and employee engagement. At Edelman, Michelle was a champion for diversity and inclusion initiatives, delivering the organization’s first sensitivity training. Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources from University of Delaware and is completing a master’s in education and human development, with an adult learning concentration, at The George Washington University.
Along with providing day-to-day office management, Sara primarily provides administrative support to Network for Good’s C-Suite Executives. With an interest to reduce the burden of poverty, she is a supporter of microlending and empowering individuals to improve their lives. Supporting local organizations that find shelter and forever homes for displaced animals is another great passion of hers. Sara has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University Maryland, University College. Her favorite pastimes include oil painting, enjoying the great restaurants D.C. has to offer, and traveling.

Malvika is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions at Network for Good. Prior to working for Network for Good, Malvika was in public accounting. She worked for various CPA firms in the DC area. Malvika holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an active CPA license.

Debbie Lam is the Director of Business Systems at Network for Good. Debbie is in charge of Network for Good donation processing operations. Prior to Network for Good, Debbie was a technical director for Agency.com, an internet consulting firm with a roster of clients in a wide selection of industries. Debbie's past work experience has included projects for Fidelity Investments, GTech/Washington State Lottery, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Openwave. She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Sean Zito leads strategy, product marketing and product development as Senior Vice President of Product & Technology for Network for Good. Sean joined Network for Good when the company acquired GiveCorps, where he was serving as Vice President of Product. Sean is an e-commerce expert and product leader with deep experience in payments, new ventures, and building network platforms. Sean also volunteers as a Scout leader, mentor, and an active member of his church. Prior to GiveCorps, Sean was Director of Product and Marketing for PayPal, an early employee of BillMeLater, and a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

Tom came to Network for Good through the acquisition of GiveCorps Corporation. He leads development and system operations on our enterprise products. He has held leadership positions in software development, technology product management, marketing, and financial management with more than 20 years’ experience propelling software products into market for a diverse range of organizations within the nonprofit, healthcare, financial services, and education sectors. He is trained in agile development methodologies and is a skilled Ruby on Rails engineer. Tom is an active participant in the local non-profit community and is an avid cyclist, runner, father and husband.
Software Development Architect
Alia comes to Network for Good with more than 7 years’ experience providing analysis for large technology initiatives and creating custom web applications for a variety of organizations, mostly large non-profits. She worked with Apex Digital Systems, TerpSys, Kingswood Group, and Hydra Insight. Before her work in the tech field, Alia was the volunteer coordinator for Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery Co. MD’s first non-volunteer run project and she worked on staff for Imagination Stage. Alia holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Hofstra University and is an active member of the DC theatre community.
As a business analyst, Dan plays a central role in aligning the needs of Network for Good's business teams with the capabilities delivered by information technology. Dan previously worked as an IT consultant supporting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to becoming a consultant, Dan led a team at the University of Minnesota's Office of Business and Economic Development and implemented a three-year initiative to bridge the digital divide in some of Minneapolis and St. Paul's most underserved communities. Dan is highly involved in the Vietnamese-American youth community and served as the President of the Union of North American Vietnamese Student Associations (UNAVSA) from 2010 to 2012. Dan earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas. He enjoys reading about emerging technology companies and is a lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan.

Debbie codes the custom designs for the Custom DonateNow pages that replicate organizations' web sites, provides web design support for Custom DonateNow customers, and provides web design and development support for other Network for Good projects. Prior to joining Network For Good, Dine designed web sites for area small businesses and nonprofits, including Maryland public schools, and she founded an award-winning children's literary web site. Her favorite charity is the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
User Experience Designer
Elicia leads the user experience and design of Network for Good's family of products and websites. Prior to entering the nonprofit sector, she led the interactive design team at a strategic communications firm in Northern Virginia. Working with various commercial, government and nonprofit clients, her team provided engaging and award-winning creative solutions. Elicia received her B.A. in Graphic Design from James Madison University and her M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. When she's not designing, she's concocting delicious creations in her kitchen—most of which her husband happily devours.

Lori is responsible for delivery of technology products and capabilities that link Information Technology (IT) programs with the broader strategic goals of the organization. She relies on 15+ years of experience in the IT arena, combined with Agile coaching and Scrum leadership expertise to manage the portfolio supporting both internal enterprise infrastructure and the external customer base. Lori holds a BA in English and is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP). She also possesses other professional certifications, including several related to Agile/Scrum coaching and practice. Prior to joining Network for Good, Lori led a cybersecurity PMO and provided Agile coaching at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Daniel Uribe, Principal Engineer
Daniel comes to Network for Good with more than 15 years’ experience in architecting web, mobile and enterprise applications, and leading technology teams to ensure successful delivery by implementing industry best practices and processes. He worked for Augaroo, Claraview, REI Systems and Microstrategy, and received a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) in Mexico. Daniel enjoys reading, traveling and skiing.

As part of the tech team, Mark designs and codes the custom DonateNow pages and supports customers in their design and technical needs. Mark grew up in Switzerland, and, after completing studies in accounting, switched career paths to the web world. Prior to joining Network for Good, Mark worked in web agencies large and small, both in Europe and in the US.

Timothy works at maintaining and developing Network for Good’s online giving platform. He has been programming for 17 years, during which time he has created web applications in many different industries, from retail and medicine to art and real estate. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and playing the piano.
